Every day I click on my various links to see how many books I’ve sold. There was a strong initial response, but then it slacked off a little, to be expected as many friends have already purchased DEVIL’S REEF. I’m working on the next wave of sales, generated by word of mouth and promotion in my various alumni magazines. I know, people are busy, life doesn’t revolve around my book. You have other things on your minds, like paying taxes, and the Patriots playing the Jets, and enjoying the great weather last weekend. Speaking of which, last night was a full moon, and I went on a moonlit hike, 5 miles on Sandy Neck Beach in Cape Cod Bay. What an evening, how great is it to live on Cape Cod!
The book is gaining a bridgehead internationally. Someone in England, I think I know who, purchased it. And here’s something else that made my day: a friend recommended DEVIL’S REEF to his son, a 1st lieutenant serving in the U.S. Army in the Anwar Province of Iraq. His son downloaded the book and is reading it. How cool is that? I hope he enjoys it.
That’s all for now. If you have read DEVIL’S REEF, please give it a rating on Amazon.
